As one of the MILF Mistresses here at milfphonesex.com, I get asked all the time, “How does one become a MILF?” I think before we tackle this question, it will be helpful to define the word “MILF.”
“MILF” is, of course, an acronym that stands for “Mom I’d Like to Fuck.” But over the years, its meaning has become somewhat more liberal and its usage rather looser. So nowadays, when the term is used, it usually just means something more along the lines of “Older Woman I’d Like to Fuck,” regardless of whether said older woman actually has children or not. You see, even though our definition of “MILF” above only really defined a MILF as an attractive mature woman, the truth is that the word, like many others, has certain connotations in addition to its dictionary definition.

Besides just being an attractive older woman, a MILF is also very confident. She is probably rather sexually experienced and skilled (and likely doesn’t feel strictly bound to monogamy, either). Her attitudes toward sex and sexuality tend to be more open and permissive in comparison to those of younger women.
A MILF knows what she wants, and she knows how to get it. The word “MILF” has a lot of overlap with the term “cougar.” As such, she may also be somewhat predatory. Choosing to go after what she wants, rather than simply hanging back and waiting for it to come to her.
And while there are many ways for any woman to be attractive, the aforementioned qualities are some of the very things that make MILFs so attractive to others, be they men, women, or something else. It’s more about personality and attitude than whether or not a woman is what is considered conventionally attractive. And that, more than anything, is what makes the definition above far too simplistic to ever be useful in any meaningful way.

In other words, there are many ways for a woman to fall into the “MILF” category. She may be dominant, submissive, a switch, or purely vanilla. She could be tall, short, thin, fat, black, white, or anything else. The only thing that really matters is that she has the right attitude.
So to sum up, a MILF can be any older woman, so long as she is confident and comfortable in her own skin. Everything else you may consider “MILF-y” is merely an extension of those things.
